Tracey Benson-Vaughan
I have a passion for real estate. When buying and selling houses personally over the years, I have always been fascinated with the process. I learned first-hand that trust, great communication, and tenacity were qualities that I appreciated in an agent, and I am excited to bring those qualities to the table and help folks write their own personal real estate stories.
I am a native to Coeur d’Alene and have an in-depth knowledge of the area and deep community roots. With a background as a local educator in various communications and language arts courses, I have taught at Gonzaga University, North Idaho College, University of Idaho, and Coeur d’Alene Charter Academy. As a theatre professional, I served several local companies and continue to be involved in the local scene. Working alongside great people in organizations like Kiwanis, Rotary Club, and the CDA Kroc Center has allowed me to be a part of the community even further.
I have a teen son and a lot of family in the area with whom I take in all of the wonderful things North Idaho has to offer, such as hiking, camping, playing in the local waterways, ziplining, or enjoying our beautiful downtown CDA art events and concerts.
